    • Assess equipment needs, evaluate new or used machinery, and determine ROI, safety, and ergonomic benefits.

    • Support the Manufacturing Engineering Manager in preparing investment and expense budgets for equipment modifications.

    • Assist sales and engineering teams with new product designs, coordinating production with key stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches.

    What we are looking for:

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze current production processes and design a sequence of operations to increase efficiency and maximize utilization of production.

    • Establish, lead, and support all CI Initiatives including 5S, Center lining, Loss Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Autonomous Maintenance, Review and Response and other CI Processes as needed

    • Work cross functionally to support Problem Solving Activities (PDCAs, root cause analysis, 5 whys)

    • Create and organize capital and overhead expenditures for current and future plans

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

    • 3+ years of experience implementing lean manufacturing or continuous improvement

    • Experience creating and delivering training materials in an effective manner

    • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team development.
